Building Management & Maintenance Services

As part of Sydney Property Care’s core services, we offer bespoke strata building maintenance and management services to assist BMCs and strata committees with the general upkeep of their property. 

This spans from assisting residents and tenants with all aspects of the day-to-day running of their property, along with routine maintenance and the upkeep of a routine maintenance schedule, hard and soft asset maintenance, management of remedial projects, defect resolution and defect management. 

We also excel in our reporting systems and invite all owners and tenants to create a login with Sydney Property Care where all work we do is captured and logged publicly within each strata complex.
